Oh this is too funny. While doing an image search for “florida toilet”, I found this blog post and link to an article about this hilarious toilet-seat building (?). While the article & post may be satire, the google image is real.

Space Station “Pooper”

As I was working on this blog tonight, I was listening to the “This Week In Tech” podcast, and they began discussing the Space Station toilet problem. I love Leo Laporte, he’s so funny. He called it a “pooper”. I guess I have to add “Pooper” to my toilet keywords, lol.

Juicy Bathroom

Back in “the old TextAmerica days” [when a lot of people had a moblog on the now-defunct textamerica dot come website] (circa 2003-2006), I set up a Public Moblog called The Bathroom Moblog, encouraging people to email photos of various public bathrooms to said blog.  It never really took off, and textamerica since died.

This was taken at the (now knocked-down) Juicy Lucy’s across from Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers, Fl., Posted on Aug 15, 2003 12:52pm.  I took it the day I took my br0ther to the hospital, which begun his awful (and losing) battle with cancer.

Poop on Flickr, er, I mean, bathroom stuff on flickr.

One of the things I love about Flickr (a photo sharing site) is the community;  people commenting on photos, the many groups, etc.

Today I found this flickr group:

Welcome to our toilet blog!  We spend so much time in our bathrooms, and pubic bathrooms, that we had to start a bathroom blog.  Why not, right?
